Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS 14 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. OFFERED ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES. 

  1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The entry period for the two (2) Sony PlayStation 5 Blueray Edition Console white CFI-1115A/CFI-1015A prize contest begins on June 1st, 2022 at 12:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time, and ends on June 11th, 2022 at 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time (“Promotion Period”).  
  2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, complete user profile and follow the entry video upload instructions at www.begerz.com – create a beg. Entrants must provide all information requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void.  Entries must comply with all of the Begerz site Terms and Conditions found here: https://begerz.com/terms-and-conditions/Entries that do not comply with the Bergerz Terms and Conditions are void and not eligible for the contest prize.  
  3. VOTING: 

Registered users of Begerz’ site or app may vote for entrants.  Each user may only vote once for each entry video, but a user may vote once for as many different entries as they wish.   Any attempt by a user to enter more than one vote per entry, such as through creating multiple user accounts, will result in disqualification of that user’s votes.  Entries become the property of Begerz, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and will not be returned. 

Entrants and users may upload their entry or votes when logged into the Begerz site or app through their Begerz account.  Entrants and voters may receive marketing materials, including emails, texts, and other correspondence, from Sponsor or its partners about special promotions and services offered by Sponsor or its partners, though Sponsor will not sell your information to others, except in the case of sale of the company or its assets.   1. AWARDING OF PRIZE: The eligible entry receiving the most user votes received during the Promotion Period will be determined the winner of the prize. 

All vote counts are conducted under the supervision of Sponsor whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and number of votes made. 

PRIZE: Upon verification of eligibility, the prize winner will receive a two (2) Sony PlayStation 5 Blueray Edition Console white CFI-1115A/CFI-1015A, valued at approximately $1,600.00. 

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agents to use the winner’s name, posted video materials, likeness, photo, voice, and biographical information for promotional purposes in television, radio, Internet, and print advertisement without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited.

No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of the prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for payment of all taxes on the prize and for any other expenses associated with the prize not specifically described herein. 

  1. ELIGIBILITY: Promotion open to all legal U.S. residents who are 14 years or older as of June 1st, 2022. Persons who have won a prize from Sponsor within three months prior to the start of any promotion by Sponsor are ineligible.  Employees of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families (defined as current spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Promotion subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. 

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final in all matters relating to this promotion. 

  1. NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified via e-mail and/or U.S. mail and will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be returned, properly executed, within fourteen (14) days of issuance of prize notification. If these documents are not returned within this time period, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. 

Limitation of Liability: By participating in the promotion, entrants agree that Sponsor, and its respective parent companies, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, directors, officers, representatives and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession or use of any prize that may be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any promotion-related materials, or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries. 

If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to void any entries submitted fraudulently or cancel or modify the promotion. Any deliberate attempt by an entrant or any other individual to damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

Sponsor, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and service providers are not responsible for incorrect entry of information by entrants, entry materials that have been tampered with, human error, or materials that are lost in the mail or due to computer or electronic malfunction.
